Orbital positioner consisting of a strong base which holds two work stations with tailstocks which rotate 180° around the vertical commutation axis.
The axes are powered by reduction brushless gear motor controlled in position by an incremental encoder and in speed by tachometric dynamoto assure a precise rotation movement. The drivers of the motorized axes are integrated with the controller of the external axes of the robot.
The positioner is completed with a console for auto/manual controls. The plant is available in different dimensions according to the Customer's requirements. The machine is built according to the law CEE 392/89.
